Manville Borne

Manville Borne, President and Chief Executive Officer of Keta Group, has been instrumental in leading Keta through its rapid growth over the years.  As President since 2005, Mr. Borne gives direction and leadership toward the achievement of Keta’s overall philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives.  Mr. Borne also pre-qualifies subcontractors, ensures quality performance, and manages all aspects of the client/customer relationship.  Mr. Borne is responsible for all client account activity within the Keta Group family of companies.  He manages an active business development program that emphasizes client account management and service.  Mr. Borne also manages corporate functions that support the company’s operating divisions, to include Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Insurance, Training, Facilities, and Risk Management.  Mr. Borne also develops and assists with strategic planning management for the Keta Group family of companies.  Mr. Borne is also licensed in Louisiana as a Commercial Contractor. 

Prior to joining Keta Group in 2005, Mr. Borne was a partner with the law firm of Breazeale, Sachse and Wilson, LLP.  Practice areas included civil litigation, toxic tort class actions, utility regulatory and rulemakings, insurance coverage disputes, transactional, administrative, and counseling matters.  In the area of litigation, Mr. Borne defended a wide variety of both corporate and public clients in cases involving partnership disputes, fiduciary obligations, medical malpractice, workers compensation, insurance disputes, bad faith, wrongful death, and the United States Constitution.  He represented several transportation and telecommunication clients regarding state regulatory and rulemaking proceedings and administrative rulings.  Mr. Borne assisted and counseled clients on day-to-day issues in order to prevent disputes on the front end, and to ensure compliance with the demanding and always evolving business environment.  He developed and helped to implement preventive programs tailored to individual client’s organizational needs.


Ben Hu

Ben Hu, Chief Operating Officer of Keta Group, provides direct oversight of all field operations and interacts daily with Keta staff and appropriate client contacts to ensure complete customer satisfaction.  Mr. Hu is the operations lead for almost all of the components of Keta Group’s projects.  Mr. Hu’s operational and leadership skills have helped Keta Group grow dramatically since the company was founded in 2003.  Mr. Hu has developed and overseen hundreds of millions of dollars in contracts and currently manages a work force of over 500 employees and subcontract employees.  Mr. Hu also performs corporate functions that support the company’s operating divisions.  Those include Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Training, Facilities, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Management Training.  Mr. Hu also assists with strategic planning management for the Keta Group family of companies.  Mr. Hu is certified as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.  Mr. Hu is also licensed in Louisiana as a Commercial Contractor. 

Prior to joining Keta Group in 2005, Mr. Hu was a partner with the law firm of Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson, LLP.  Mr. Hu engaged in civil litigation, environmental regulatory matters, toxic tort, and class action litigation.  Specific areas of practice included rulemaking before state and federal agencies, state hazardous and solid waste permitting matters, air and water permitting matters, regulatory litigation, environmental criminal enforcement matters, underground storage tanks, land use and development, toxic tort and insurance coverage litigation, class action defense, environmental justice claims, and facility siting issues unique to Louisiana.  Other areas of practice included real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate matters, ranging from the formation and upkeep of business entities to the preparation and review of business contracts and commercial agreements.  Business litigation matters included antitrust, unfair trade practices, intellectual property, and trade secrets.  Other areas of expertise included various U.S. Small Business Administration programs such as 8(a), HubZone, SDB, SDVOSB, and other government contracting programs. 

Ralph Huybrechts

Ralph Huybrechts, Chief Financial Officer of Keta Group, has been with the company throughout its tremendous growth and development.  Mr. Huybrechts is responsible for all finance, accounting, and federal agency and regulatory compliance issues for the Keta Group family of companies.  Mr. Huybrechts has managed the accounting and financial activities for Keta Group and all subsidiary companies, including monthly and annual cash management, financial reporting, audits, and budgeting for on-going contracts.    

Mr. Huybrechts has over 30 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant and is licensed to practice in New Mexico, Arizona, Louisiana, and California.  Over half of that time was in public accounting, including 4 years with Ernst & Young and 12 years as a partner with a 100 person CPA firm based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  Mr. Huybrechts also spent the last 14 years as CFO (or equivalent) with several private and public companies.  He has extensive experience working with federal government contracts, Deltek software, and the DCAA.
